Kinsley Mountain
Gold Project

CopAur’s Flagship
Project, Nevada

Kinsley Mountain is CopAur’s 100%-owned flagship asset. Located southwest of West Wendover, Nevada, near the Utah border, Kinsley Mountain is a Carlin-type, sediment-hosted gold system in a premier district.

From 1995–1999, Kinsley Mountain produced approximately 138,000 ounces of gold at an average head grade of 1.34 g/t from open-pit operations, demonstrating the project’s ability to profitably deliver gold in a real mine setting.

The July 2026 NI 43-101 Preliminary Economic Assessment and updated Mineral Resource Estimate mark an important step in advancing Kinsley toward potential development. The updated resource represents a 52% increase in total ounces compared with the 2021 estimate and includes:

742,000 ounces of gold grading 1.11 g/t Au in the Indicated category, and
69,000 ounces grading 1.98 g/t Au in the Inferred category.

This includes 384,000 Indicated ounces grading 5.32 g/t Au within the high-grade Secret Canyon zone. Approximately 89% of the total resource is classified as Indicated, 93% of Indicated ounces are located within open-pit constraints, and only approximately 26% of total Indicated ounces are included in the initial PEA mine plan.

The PEA outlines a conventional open-pit mining and heap-leach operation with estimated average annual gold production of approximately 30,500 ounces over an initial four-year mine life, and total estimated gold recovery of approximately 122,000 ounces.

At the PEA base-case gold price of US$3,200 per ounce, the project generates an estimated post-tax NPV at a 5% discount rate of US$35.0 million, a post-tax IRR of 19.7%, and a payback period of 2.51 years. At US$4,000 per ounce gold, the estimated post-tax NPV increases to US$104.4 million, with a post-tax IRR of 48.6% and a payback period of 1.76 years, demonstrating meaningful leverage to the gold price.

Additional opportunity remains beyond the initial mine plan. Oxide mineralization north of the Main Pit remains open and largely untested, with further drilling offering the potential to expand the oxide resource and extend the heap-leach mine life. The known sulfide resource provides additional longer-term optionality, subject to future technical and economic assessment.

Completion and filing of the PEA allow CopAur to advance permitting and further project optimization as it evaluates Kinsley’s potential development as a near-term Nevada gold project.

Backed by a team with decades of mine development, heap leach, and operational expertise, CopAur is focused on advancing Kinsley into its next phase of development.
