Mr. Yaseniuk is one of the founding members of the Metals Group Inc. and brings his team of experienced advisors to complement CopAur Minerals Inc. through this exciting next stage of development on the historic Williams property, Toodoggone Trench in British Columbia.
Mr. Yaseniuk is a highly motivated, team orientated management professional with over 25 years experience in business financing, restructuring, recapitalizing and assisting public companies in corporate strategy. He played pivotal roles in sales, marketing and fundraising and has raised over $400 million for companies in the resource and mining sector. His previous experience as a Broker, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, Director and Manager of Growth and Development have provided him a significant understanding of the capital markets. Jeremy is one of the founders and on the board of advisors of Benchmark Metals Inc, Altiplano Metals Inc. and Cortus Metals Inc.
Chantelle Collins
Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Collins holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants Association of British Columbia (CPA, CGA). With 10 years of experience in the public sector, she brings extensive knowledge of the financial reporting requirements for public companies, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all financial disclosures.
Taryn Downing
Corporate Secretary
Ms. Downing has over 25 years of experience serving as a Director and Corporate Secretary for several TSX and TSXV-listed companies, primarily within the mining industry. Her expertise spans both national and international operations, where she has played a key role in corporate governance, compliance, and administrative leadership.
Conrad Swanson
Chairman, Director
Mr. Swanson has 30 years experience raising capital, managing and advancing various projects in the public market. In 1991 he founded one of the first Internet companies in Vancouver, called Internet Direct, which was sold to Bell, in 1995. In 1998 Conrad was a founding member of Western Canadian coal, which was acquired by Walters Energy in 2010 for $2.2billion. In 2011 Conrad and his group of investors funded Richfield Ventures, which acquired the Black Water gold deposit in central BC and that property was sold to New Gold in 2012 for $550m. In 2003, he started Surge Copper . and raised more than $25m for exploration.
Jay Roberge

Mr. Roberge brings over 25 years of business experience and has served as Executive Management, Director and/or Chairman of a number of publicly traded and private companies in natural resources (mining), technology and energy industries. He is an avid supporter of International trade and investment between Canada and Asia. He is on the Board of Directors for the Hong Kong Canada Business Association, and on the Advisory Board of Mines & Money in Hong Kong, Toronto, and London.
Gregory Stewart

Gregory Stewart is a businessman and entrepreneur residing in Calgary, Alberta. As a Director for International Samuel he brings over 35 years of practical experience in the Canadian securities markets. As Chairman and President of 2 private and long established investment partnerships he has developed skills in strategic planning and analysis. Previous experience as a Director of a small publicly traded oil producer led to becoming Chairman and President of the company for a period of 3 years. Gregory has worked with many organizations demonstrating a commitment to excellence through exceptional communication skills.
Malcolm Dorsey

Malcolm Dorsey M.Sc. Senior Geologist for Benchmark Metals inc. Thesis Gold Inc. and Altiplano Metals Inc. Malcolm is a exploration structural geologist with extensive experience in consulting and management on a broad range of early grassroots through to feasibility projects in North, Central, and South America. His MSc thesis from the University of Calgary focused on recharacterizing district-scale structures and stratigraphy that influenced gold, silver, and copper mineralizing systems within British Columbia.
Maximilian Sali

Mr. Sali has been in the capital markets since 2009 managing family assets both public and private. He is the president of Baccarat Investments Inc., a private investment company providing consulting, M&A and management services to public and private companies. Mr. Sali was corporate development and a founding shareholder of Advantage Lithium Corp which was acquired by producing lithium company Orocobre, now Allkem for $69 million on February 18, 2020. Mr. Sali is the founder, director and former CEO of Defense Metals Corp. (TSXV: DEFN) a rare earth company that recently completed a PEA on its Wicheeda LREE deposit in British Columbia. He is the founder, director and former CEO of New Placer Dome Gold Corp which was acquired by Copaur Minerals on May 11, 2022.

Joe Giuffre

Mr. Giuffre has over 28 years of experience as a lawyer and adviser in resource, real estate, securities and corporate matters. He has extensive expertise in capital markets and complex commercial transactions, securities and stock exchange regulatory matters, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, debt and equity financings, and corporate reorganizations. Most recently, he was the chief legal officer of Nevsun Resources Ltd. that was acquired by Zijin Mining Company in early 2019 for $1.9-billion in an all-cash takeover transaction after a long contested legal defence process led by Mr. Giuffre. As chief legal officer, he provided the senior executive team with legal strategy and business guidance, managed and led all commercial transactions, including the acquisition of Reservoir Minerals in 2016. He directed all legal and regulatory matters, developed all legal risk mitigation solutions and was responsible for building strong legal operational functions that aligned with Nevsun’s corporate and business strategy. Mr. Giuffre holds an LLM, a BA (economics/business) and has an ICD.D director designation. He has held many board and advisory roles with public companies listed on Canadian and U.S stock exchanges.
Alvin Jackson

Mr. Jackson has over 40 years of worldwide experience in mineral exploration and development. During his career he has been directly involved with the exploration drilling and pre-feasibility studies on two major gold deposits (Detour Lake, Ontario and Golden Cross in New Zealand) and one porphyry copper deposit (Huckleberry, B.C.), all of which subsequently became producers. His experience includes work as an Exploration Manager for Cyrpus Minerals Canada from 1989 to 1992 and serving as President and CEO/COO of Eurozinc Mining between 1999 to 2005, where he directed that company in its acquisition of the Alijustrel and Neves Corvo zinc and copper mines in Portugal. Eurozinc subsequently grew to a market cap of over $1.5 billion before merging with Lundin Mining. Currently, Mr. Jackson serves as Director and VP Exploration and Development of Freegold Ventures.
Christopher White

For the past 25 years, Mr. White lived in Asia-Pacific, where as a senior investment banker he established teams and products, created and marketed brand content, and was a senior account manager for some of the biggest global institutional clients. At Deutsche Bank in Hong Kong, he established and built out the institutional program trading desk, established DB’s PT brand name, consummating key corporate relationships and tripling revenues in two years. During a seven-year posting in Singapore, Mr. White acted as senior account manager to GIC and Temasek, the two local Sovereign Wealth Funds, ensuring co-ordinated and value-add coverage from all Asian and global products and teams. As one of HSBC’s responsible officers in Hong Kong, he was a top revenue producer, managing sales and execution teams and all regional third party broker relationships. In a continually evolving marketplace, he worked closely with several of HSBC Private Bank’s UHNW clientele. To increase market share and exceed budgets, he was tasked with coordinating client coverage across products, updating business plans and monitoring the competition. Before leaving Hong Kong, he led strategy regarding the rebranding and digitalization of a long-established law firm in Hong Kong and the People’s Republic of China into a multifamily office.

Ewan Webster is an exploration geologist. He holds a First-Class Honours degree in geology from the University of Glasgow, Scotland, a Geoscience B.C. He has a PhD from the University of Calgary and is a registered professional geoscientist in British Columbia. He currently is the president Director and CEO of Thesis Gold.

Jim Greg is president of Benchmark Metals Inc holds an MBA from the University of Calgary, a BA Geography from Carleton University and 20 years of experience in the resource sector, including advancement of the 5 million ounce Esaase Gold Project in West Africa as a member of mine development team at Keegan Resources Inc. (now Asanko Gold). Other resource sector engagements include the Hunter-Dickinson Group, Kennecott Canada, Breakwater Resources Ltd, McIntosh Engineering and Stantec Engineering.
